The National Board was developed with the intentions of adding more Chapters throughout the country and the world.
Aaron was one of the founding members and President of the Maryland State Smoking Shields Chapter. He went on to expand the chapter to include several lodges throughout the state of Maryland. He worked for Pocomoke City Police as a Detective, University of Baltimore Police Department and is currently with the University of Maryland at Baltimore Police Department.
